UniformAll pupils at King Edward VI High School are expected to follow the dress code and be smartly dressed around school. Their pride in their school should be reflected through the uniform. The school needs parental support to ensure that pupils are dressed appropriately every day. If there are exceptional circumstances, parents should contact the school. If parents/carers are in any doubt over any uniform/hairstyle they are requested to contact the school or consult the school website before purchasing items.
Official school sweatshirts, ties and rugby shirts are available from Crested Schoolwear in Stafford, details below. Scroll down to see all uniform requirements, or choose one specific item from the Browse menu. Current requirements*please note that the icons/images below do not necessarily represent what is acceptable uniform and are for decoration only.
Buying guidanceTo offer parents/carers further guidance when buying uniform, please see the document below, providing pictures and clear guidance regarding specific items of school uniform. We urge that if further clarification is required after viewing this document, and before making, what in some cases can be, an expensive purchase, please check with your child’s Progress Leader.
The school will always try and support any pupil with incorrect uniform and has a small collection of suitable items of uniform that can be lent out for a short period of time. Sometimes this is not always possible to resolve the issue and this may result in the pupil being isolated from the rest of their cohort until the uniform requirements can be met. |
